I was skeptical about anything free so this is why I recorded our conversation when we were discussing pricing. They clearly say, I would never pay more than $115 a month for 20 years and that FPL would make me pay a monthly processing fee. I was good with all that however, none of that has been true so far. My electric bill was $300 a month and for the last two months, I’ve saved around $50 a month. Nothing I was told has been true yet. I will be discussing this with my Lawyer. I’m trying to sell my house and didn’t realize how unpopular solar panels are until now. Don’t be conned into this scam. Notice how they only respond to positive feedback.
We financed a very expensive solar system with Freedom Forever for our Nevada home, which was installed and inspected back in August. Despite multiple inspections and the company marking our project as “completed,” NV Energy confirmed on November 3, 2025, that our solar system has never produced a single watt of power.We’ve made repeated calls and emails for months — each time we’re told someone will come out, but now the next appointment isn’t until December, with no guarantee of actual repair. The system was installed incorrectly at first, failed inspections, and even after “passing,” it still doesn’t work.Freedom Forever’s lack of accountability and delays feel deceptive we’re paying for a financed system that was never turned on.If you’re considering Freedom Forever, proceed with extreme caution confirm your system is generating power with your utility, not just marked “complete” by their dashboard.
Freedom Forever courted us for almost 2 years, and their salespeople were always very knowledgeable and personable. This year we decided to go for solar, knowing tax incentives would expire at the end of 2025. We signed our first contract with Freedom Forever and got financing in May of 2025. Once that happened, it was absolute silence. Our Project Manager was terrible at best. Once a month went by and I could get any answers on installation, I took it to Customer Service and spent hours on hold trying to get help. We were bounced from Project Manager to Project Manager for 6 months. The original financing expired and we had to reapply at the start of October 2025. We did get some comms from our Project Manager and thought we would be able to get solar installed. Now we've had our first snow and zero comms for a couple weeks. Guessing it's not happening? Customer Service and the Project Managers are absolutely awful. I feel like we dodged a bullet. If it was this hard to try and get solar installed, I can't imagine being a customer.
We agreed to purchase solar through Freedom Forever, financed by ENFIN, with SolarEdge providing the panels, inverter, and battery. It’s been about a year, and while the panels are installed, the battery has been dead for months. Freedom Forever told us they ordered a replacement over a month ago, but we’ve seen no progress and no updates.What’s worse is that it’s impossible to reach a real person at Freedom Forever anymore — everything goes through an automated AI system that doesn’t resolve anything. We’re paying for solar that isn’t producing power, and no one seems willing to take accountability.At this point, I would strongly caution anyone considering Freedom Forever to think twice. Their communication and follow-up have been extremely poor, and the service after installation has been nonexistent.

Keisha went above and beyond to make sure our installation happened promptly. The original customer service team dropped the ball with long delays and passing the buck. It was only when Keisha got involved that there was movement on fixing our solar system.
