We have never signed off on our kitchen. It is a huge disappointment. As a replacement for our old Custom kitchen, this is an inferior kitchen. Boxed units with drawers that have struts for sides and items fall out. Add the hidden pantry that is almost useless as we can't reach items or see them in the dark. Absolutely useless. The design had the fridge right next to the pantry so the installer put in a wine rack to allow space to open the door. The whole oven/microwave side has an awful profile that looks very amateurish. Should have put our own Bunnings one in. The design consultant, 25 year old (if that) with the CAD system told us we didn't want a custom kitchen, so we thought we'd try to go modern. Big mistake.
