Although the initial offer may sound attractive, expect numerous mistakes once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid. For example, we ordered a custom bar in mid-September, and we're still waiting for it to be completed, hoping for it by February—five months later. In contrast, three other room renovations with different providers were finished by the third week of November with only one minor issue. Be cautious: once you make the final payment for cabinetry delivery, communication will stop completely. We've experienced ongoing problems, including an outdated authentication system that hinders collaboration, missed deadlines, design errors, and manufacturing mistakes. If you're considering their prices, I suggest looking for local tradespeople instead. For similar work at 46% to 57% less than their rates, explore alternative kitchen options that prioritize customer service and ethical practices.

Designer was unhelpful with plans

The designer was unhelpful regarding the kitchen plans. The final result did not match our discussions. I would recommend avoiding this service entirely.

Poor quality bench tops

The quality of the bench tops is disappointing. They only lasted a few years, and they don't cover issues under warranty even though it falls within the warranty period.

Completely ineffective service

This service has been completely ineffective. I've called multiple times and spent hours on hold. The only response I received was to call the same number I've been trying to reach for help. It's a frustrating organization.

Warranty problems

I recently purchased a property that has issues with some kitchen cabinet doors and drawers not closing properly. The previous owner had them installed through this kitchen service, which is still under warranty. After several attempts to contact them for help, my request was declined because they claimed the warranty is not transferable. I found this condition nowhere on their website. They advertise high-quality accessories with a 7-year warranty, but my experience today was poor and unsatisfactory. It's unreasonable for a warranty not to be transferable, especially when you own the property.

Disappointing and costly experience

We approached this kitchen service for a quote, and the designer provided a healthy budget for our kitchen. Issues with design execution

I have not received the velocity points as discussed. The designer 'forgot' key items we talked about. While I enjoy my kitchen, I am not impressed with the cost versus the attention given to my inquiries, which remain unanswered. I recommend looking elsewhere.
