The initial consult and design were an absolute pleasure and I was really pleased with my designer and the plans they came up with. Unfortunately after this it all went down hill and I have been incredibly disappointed at the service that was provided. On the whole, I do not recommend using Freedom Kitchens. A few lowlights of the process included the sign off for the final plan where Freedom kept making changes after I had signed off on the initial design. It took 7 or 8 attempts to get it back to the original cupboard design and had I not been diligent on the details I would have ended up with cabinets that did not fit and were not what I wanted. There were a number of errors / shortcuts made through the install that impacted the final quality of the product and that I ultimately arranged for a separate builder to rectify. Freedom refused to arrange a quality inspection and once I'd paid my final invoice, their service was basically non-existent and they were hands off.
