Shocking, freedom should not use the Kitchen Group. 6 years ago, I had a Kitchen build through freedom, and they were great, hence me going back to them for my next home. The experience could not be more different this time. Worst experience ever. Ordered in August, still not compete. Basically, your better of coordinating your own build. Some lowlights below...Promised it would be in before Christmas, then no communication until its right before Xmas to be then told it would be Feb.Dishwasher missed from order, and still lost.Recommended Sink too heavy for stone tops.Sink & taps not delivered.Sink delivered with our all components.They did not share file with the stone company.They did not communicate that I had to organize the stone tops or give me details as to who the stone people were.Incorrectly quoited on the stone tops.Managers always in meetings.
