I have been buying planners from this company for the past five years, but lately, they seem to deliver them later and later! I ordered my new planner in November, and the website stated it would arrive in December. It’s now been about three weeks, and the planner hasn’t even shipped yet! The worst part is the delivery time is about 2-3 weeks since they ship from overseas, so I will likely receive the planner *after* New Year's! Unfortunately, their customer service isn’t much help either. I'm really disappointed, especially since these planners are pricey and the whole point of ordering in advance is to start planning for the new year in December.
