After weeks of no updates, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The response I received indicated that I must wait until the package is deemed “lost”—yet no one could specify what that timeline is. There has been no clear policy communicated, no proactive solutions provided, and no accountability for how long a loyal customer should wait in uncertainty. What’s particularly frustrating is that the response suggested this is a rare occurrence. When you spend over $30 on a notebook, you don't expect it to be from five years ago!!! I ordered a planner for 2025 and received one for 2020-2023!!! There has been no response from customer service, despite their claims of prioritizing customer satisfaction. I'm very disappointed! There are so many great products available, and this feels like an overhyped scam.

The worst part is the delivery time is about 2-3 weeks since they ship from overseas, so I will likely receive the planner *after* New Year's! Unfortunately, their customer service isn’t much help either. I'm really disappointed, especially since these planners are pricey and the whole point of ordering in advance is to start planning for the new year in December.
