However, my experience this year has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I placed my order on September 25, fully aware it would ship later in the year. That was not an issue. The problem arose when the planner shipped and has now been “in transit” for 27 days with no delivery and no clear resolution. After weeks of no updates, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The response I received indicated that I must wait until the package is deemed “lost”—yet no one could specify what that timeline is. There has been no clear policy communicated, no proactive solutions provided, and no accountability for how long a loyal customer should wait in uncertainty. What’s particularly frustrating is that the response suggested this is a rare occurrence. Based on discussions in the community and BBB reports, it doesn’t seem isolated—and after five years as a repeat customer, that dismissal is hurtful. To be frank:

• But the current fulfillment and customer service experience is not worth this level of stress or anxiety I am sharing this review because I want this company to thrive—and to improve. Loyal customers deserve transparency, clear timelines, and communication that doesn’t make them feel at fault for expecting a product they have paid for. I genuinely hope this company addresses its shipping and customer support processes, as the product deserves better than the surrounding experience.
