Two hour wait time is unacceptable for customer service to keep a gone on hold, this seriously used to be a great company but this will be my last ever plan with them... To be honest I haven't a clue how long I would have been on hold for because I gave up 2 hours I cooked had a meal and watched a program... These fools bed to get their act together they will lose customers rapidly if this keeps up
