I got freedom prepaid when I was in not the best financial situation. sure, they were good and served a purpose. now, I am in a better situation where I can upgrade my phone plan and services. went to cancel my prepaid plan. they billed me a day earlier than they said would. and when went to cancel they refused to give me a refund. after their misleading text and year and half or service they refused to help out. taking advantage of their customers and their financial situations.

I encountered significant difficulties while attempting to establish internet services. I felt extremely frustrated with the company, especially after being a mobile customer for over a decade. It made me doubt their reliability for home internet. I faced disconnections, received incorrect information about setup dates, and when I requested a $15 credit for a six-month period, they were unable to accommodate that. I will be returning to a provider where the representatives listen to my needs and offer solutions.

The representative took the time to listen to my needs and patiently guided me through the best options, suggesting budget-friendly deals that suited me perfectly. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made the experience smooth and stress-free. It’s uncommon to encounter such considerate service, and I am truly grateful. I cancelled my service on November 3, before my billing cycle was set to end on November 20, yet I was charged for an entire extra month. When I reached out to the support team, I was informed that the charge would be voided. However, the same amount still appears on my account, now attributed to another provider. That provider claims the charge isn’t theirs and directed me back to the original service. I’ve been shuffled between companies with no resolution, even though the service acknowledged that the charge should not exist. This has been a very disappointing experience. While billing mistakes can occur, the inability to resolve them and the constant passing of responsibility is simply unacceptable.
I've been out of the country for four months and have called multiple times to cancel my account. Unfortunately, no one answers the phone. It feels intentional to make cancellation difficult. Now, I'm still being charged for a service I'm not using.
