While I was satisfied with the young lady I spoke with, I was EXTREMELY UPSET WITH THE COMPANY AND MY HOMEOWNER INSURANCE. MY house payment went up $700.00 with no contact other than a notice in March 2026 for April payment. I cannot imagine no one reached out to make sure I knew this. My local agent for either company, anybody. I could loose my home behind not having an enough money in escrow. Whose job is it to make sure estimates are high enough and collected through the year? I will be shopping for another insurance company. The young lady I spoke to understood how frustrated I was and I had to apologize to her at the end of the call.
