I was informed it would take three weeks, but it turned into two months of chaos. Ultimately, I sold my home, and during the escrow process, the service failed to respond to the escrow officer for weeks. I had to file a complaint with the regulatory agency just to get a response. This delay caused a late closing, requiring a reschedule. To my dismay, they even reported it on my credit record. While some may have had better luck with them, my experience was a nightmare, and I am still trying to resolve the issues they created. I find them to be unreliable as a mortgage lender and would likely steer clear of them in the future, as they resulted in lost time, money, and damage to my credit.
