There was nothing wrong with the item, aside from it not fitting me well. I wasn't fond of the color of the jeans as they didn't match the image on the platform. I contacted them right away to request a return. After several back-and-forth emails, they offered a coupon or $10 towards other items. I expressed that I only wanted to return the $70 jeans that I won't wear and receive my refund. It seems unlikely that this will happen. Very poor customer service.
