The product itself was acceptable, but it didn't fit me correctly. Additionally, the color of the jeans did not match what was shown on the platform. I reached out to them right away to request a return. After numerous emails back and forth, they offered a coupon or $10 towards other items. I made it clear that I only wanted to return the $70 jeans that I won't be using and get a refund. It seems like that won't be happening. The customer service has been very disappointing.

I carefully selected the right size. Foolishly, I didn't check the reviews after seeing their advertisement on a friend's social media page, thinking it wouldn't be promoted if it were subpar. I ordered a 2XL, but they sent a size small. The company has been negotiating for days. They offered at best a 50% refund for returning the items. Total scammers. I regret not checking reviews beforehand.
I ordered two pairs of pants with a 34” long inseam, but they sent me a 27” inseam instead. They refuse to send the correct items and expect me to cover the return shipping for the wrong items. Initially, they offered 30% back to keep the pants, which increased to 50% after more emails. I still lose $40 and have nothing to show for it. They won't send me the items I originally ordered.
