The product itself was acceptable, but it didn't fit me correctly. Additionally, the color of the jeans did not match what was shown on the platform. I reached out to them right away to request a return. After numerous emails back and forth, they offered a coupon or $10 towards other items. I made it clear that I only wanted to return the $70 jeans that I won't be using and get a refund. It seems like that won't be happening. The customer service has been very disappointing.
