Though I was pulling my hair out during the process, Hope was able to at least get me to a workable spot. When I signed up for Freelancer I had no idea it would be so difficult to accomplish basic tasks. I spoke to another person this morning for the same issue (needed an IP agreement after a project already closed) and Jason was not helpful. Hope was patient and worked to figure out a workaround. So far the only good thing about Freelancer has been working with Carl, the freelancer I hired to develop my logos. I'm hoping things turn around because I would hate to stop working with Carl due to difficulties with the platform's capabilities.
