I noticed a 25% off voucher for creating an account, which the cart indicated was applied. However, after completing the order, the discount was not applied. I reached out to the support team to cancel the order and close my account. They instructed me to call the next day to cancel, but I insisted on canceling immediately, stating that if the item was shipped, it should be at no cost to me. They promised to manually apply the 25% discount, so I proceeded. Five days later, the item was shipped without the promised discount, despite my clear acceptance being contingent on that discount. After requesting to file a complaint with customer support, I felt uncertain that it was addressed, so I emailed the CEO with a detailed account of our exchanges. The entire experience has been unnecessarily complicated, and their online support seems limited to generic responses.
