If i could give 1 star I would. My order never arrived. No updates from them or courier. They use Evri so no surprise. When i messaged them they weren't helpful. They didn't care. They wouldn't send another order with a different courier. Other retailers do this. Not good service. My first time shopping with them and will be my last.

I recently ordered a T‑shirt from the Freemans website, and I’m really pleased with the overall experience. The ordering process was simple and quick, and the delivery arrived on time.
The T‑shirt itself is excellent quality — the fabric feels soft and comfortable, and the fit is exactly as described on the website. The colour and design look even better in person, and it feels like a durable item that will hold up well after multiple washes.

I ordered a coat from here and it seems to be a common issue that the coat gets missing, contacted them about it and they sent a replacement coat only after a week of me repeatedly having to call them, also don't even bother refunding stuff to them, the wait prodecure is very long even if you call they'll waste your time and apparently they refund you back in a cheque instead of sending it to your card.

I ordered an item that i believed was in stock as per the website however it was not as delibery was some time after the initial order. Once i did recieve the item it was too small so I returned the item and kept my proof of postage on the 17th of January, then on the 19th Freemans acknowlged the return and my refund was being processed and to wait 5 days for the money to be back in my account. On the 27th january I made contact with them again as I still had not recieved the refund and was told I needed to way 10 days not the 5 previously stated. I then made contact again on 2nd February as still no refund to be told they had not recieved my return (despite me having an email telling me my return had been recieved back it the warehouse) I was then asked to provide my proof of postage which I did straight away and was told the specialiat care team would contact me then on the 7th of February I recieved a new email to say my refund will be yet another 3-5 days!! Which will take me upto Friday 13th February. This has been an absolout farce and awfull customer service. This was the first time of using this company and it was only because I was under the impression that the item I wanted was in stock (that was out of stock everywhere else) that I made my purchase. That aside the rigmoral of getting my money back is what has determined that I shall not shop here agian! Lets see if my money is returned this week....

I've been a customer of Freemans for years. I don't buy as much from them as I used to but when I do I'm generally happy with what I buy. Delivery can be slow but I'm never in a rush for anything. I usually wait for a discount code then treat myself.

Frustrating Experience with Order Process

I found a smart watch that tracks heart function, which is important for my condition, and added it to my basket. I noticed a 25% off voucher for creating an account, which the cart indicated was applied. However, after completing the order, the discount was not applied. I reached out to the support team to cancel the order and close my account. They instructed me to call the next day to cancel, but I insisted on canceling immediately, stating that if the item was shipped, it should be at no cost to me. They promised to manually apply the 25% discount, so I proceeded. Five days later, the item was shipped without the promised discount, despite my clear acceptance being contingent on that discount. After requesting to file a complaint with customer support, I felt uncertain that it was addressed, so I emailed the CEO with a detailed account of our exchanges. The entire experience has been unnecessarily complicated, and their online support seems limited to generic responses.

Highly unreliable service. I strongly advise against it. Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to formally address my concerns regarding my recent order for a tumble dryer and to notify the company that your management of this issue seems to violate the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related consumer protection laws. Misleading Promotional Offer I placed the order under the impression that I would receive a discount on my first purchase. During checkout, the promotional code was accepted and indicated as valid (highlighted in green), leading a reasonable consumer to believe it applied. At no point was it clarified that the code was not applicable to this item. Presenting a promotional code as valid and then failing to apply it is misleading and may be considered unfair commercial practice under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. Forced Order Submission and Delivery Failures During checkout, I applied for a credit account. Once approved, the order was automatically submitted without allowing me to choose or schedule a delivery date, despite the item being large and incurring a £15 delivery charge. According to Section 49 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be performed with reasonable care and skill. Denying the customer the ability to arrange delivery for a large item while still charging for delivery does not meet this standard. Timely and Repeated Cancellation Attempts I attempted to cancel the order roughly 15 minutes after placing it. This was not feasible through your system. I reached out to customer support via live chat and was assured that the cancellation would be processed but that I would need to wait until the next day since the order was “still processing.” On 16/01/2026 at around 05:45, I requested cancellation again via my online account while the order was still marked as “processing.” I have proof of this cancellation request, along with further attempts later that day. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, I have the legal right to cancel a distance contract before delivery. My cancellation requests were made well within this timeframe. Incorrect Records and Unlawful Dispatch Despite the above, the company now claims that my first cancellation request was made at 19:51 on 16/01/2026, which is factually incorrect. I have evidence that my first cancellation request was made at approximately 05:45, with multiple attempts thereafter. Dispatching the order after valid cancellation requests had already been made is unacceptable and may violate Sections 34 and 35 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as the goods were sent out without lawful authority following cancellation. Refusal of Delivery and Charges I do not want this item and will refuse delivery. I will be at work on the scheduled delivery date, and any attempted delivery will be rejected and returned. According to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, I am not responsible for return or delivery costs where the trader has failed to honor a lawful cancellation. Therefore, I will not accept any charges, including delivery or return fees. Resolution Required To resolve this issue, I require written confirmation of the following: 1. The order has been fully cancelled 2. No payment will be taken now or in the future 3. The £15 delivery charge will be refunded in full 4. Your internal records will be corrected to reflect the accurate cancellation timeline This entire experience has caused unnecessary stress due to failures in the company's systems, communication, and record-keeping. I regret not reviewing feedback prior to placing the order, as it mirrors very similar experiences. If this matter is not resolved swiftly, I will escalate the complaint to the appropriate authorities, providing all supporting evidence. I look forward to your prompt response.

Cancellation Process Was Confusing

I reached out to the service to cancel my order and was informed I needed to wait 24 hours. The next day, I followed up, and they confirmed they had submitted the cancellation request. However, my order still arrived at my home despite my request to cancel, so I had to return everything.
