Freemodel was recommended to us by our Realtor to upgrade our home before the sale. They did not disappoint. Megan Silver, Project Director, made the total experience great. In our first meetings she explained the Freemodel process and listened intently to our goals. Within those, she gave us an idea of what the remodel would entail, timeline, costs, etc. She did not pressure us to spend more money beyond our goals. She even recommended against some ideas based on ROI. She proved herself to be a good listener, knowledgeable, professional, personable, and fun. Megan ensured the project was on time and completed to our satisfaction. She aimed to please and hit her target! Since we had already moved when the physical part of the project began, Megan ensured that she worked closely with our Realtor, kept us informed about the progress and any challenges that needed to be addressed, and provided pictures of the progress. We were very pleased with the final look. The responses from prospective buyers, friends and neighbors about the look of our house and landscaping were all positive. One can always spend more and more money on remodeling and some point that can become detrimental. We did make some adjustments to the original goals as the project progressed based upon our suggestions and those of Megan’s. All were within reason and I believe helpful. Megan did a great job. She represented herself and Freemodel very well. I recommend Freemodel and their process and Megan specifically as the Project Director.
