The service never addressed my earlier review. My device malfunctioned and recorded various programs, filling the hard drive without the ability to empty it. A new hard drive was installed, and while the device still receives signals, it turns on and off repeatedly when watching certain channels without recording. This has made it a complete waste of my £90 charge; I should have invested in a new unit instead.
