I rated this experience with 2 stars because the pre-sale assistance was excellent and the bike arrived promptly. However, the after-sales support has been very disappointing, and I have multiple unresolved issues. 1. The bike's brakes are incorrectly installed for the UK market, and my local bike shop quoted over £50 to fix this. 2. I requested a wider seat due to discomfort with standard ones, but it didn't arrive with the bike and is being shipped from abroad, leaving me unable to ride. 3. The motor takes 4 to 5 meters to activate, making it challenging to start on a hill and potentially dangerous in crowded areas. I contacted support to inquire about changing this setting, but the response was simply, "you just need to pedal it," lacking any informative guidance. 4. The videos show riders using an app with the bike, but there is no app available, and the controls differ from those shown. Overall, it's unfortunate that the experience has been so negative.
