Ordered the Swift Horse Pro Ebike as an early Christmas gift for myself, and I am very pleased with my purchase. The bike arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. I have been riding the bike every weekend for the past few months, and I can say it is fun to ride, comfortable, has plenty of range for long rides, and is also very fast. I reached out to support about 4 weeks after my purchase with some questions, and they were courteous and quickly addressed my concerns (Carl was great). I would highly recommend Freesky Ebikes to anyone in the market for an electric bicycle.
Just got my Ranger Air and it is everything I hoped it would be. I was surprised at how smooth the shifting was and how good the suspension handles in rough conditions. Love the 2 wheel drive for steeper hills and the desert offroad conditions around Phoenix.
I've been using a fat tire e-bike since 2023 and have covered 4300 miles with it. It has been flawless and dependable. I recently lost a custom washer from the rear axle, and the support team was quick to help me locate and send a replacement. The customer support experience has been outstanding. Thank you!

The bike arrived on time and was simple to put together. The battery life outlasts that of my friend's electric bikes, providing plenty of power. Riding it is enjoyable. I did need to make a small adjustment to the derailleur for smooth shifting into 7th gear, but it was no hassle. I'm pleased with this bike, and when I get one for my wife, it will be from a different brand.
After a lot of research I chose to buy a Freesky Swifthorse with the ultimate package. I placed my order and received my bike within 5 days! (I'm in Canada) It was well packaged and assembly was easy. After making a couple modifications and setting the bike up to my liking (with the help of Freesky's awesome customer service staff!) I've found this bike to suit my needs perfectly. Not only is it a great looking bike (I get compliments on it all the time) it's built to last & rides like a dream. Lots of power for the hills & the full suspension gives me the comfort I need for long rides on rough roads & trails. The battery gives me more than enough range for any rides I choose to do. The 26x4 inch fat tires add to the comfort and stability of the bike and the hydraulic disc brakes have plenty of stopping power. This is truly a great bike and I highly recommend it! My bike arrived quickly and was simple to put together. However, the display on the bike differed from what was shown in the owner's manual. The support team responded promptly and supplied the correct documentation. Excellent service and a fantastic bike.
I rated this experience with 2 stars because the pre-sale assistance was excellent and the bike arrived promptly. However, the after-sales support has been very disappointing, and I have multiple unresolved issues. 1. The bike's brakes are incorrectly installed for the UK market, and my local bike shop quoted over £50 to fix this. 2. I requested a wider seat due to discomfort with standard ones, but it didn't arrive with the bike and is being shipped from abroad, leaving me unable to ride. 3. The motor takes 4 to 5 meters to activate, making it challenging to start on a hill and potentially dangerous in crowded areas. I contacted support to inquire about changing this setting, but the response was simply, "you just need to pedal it," lacking any informative guidance. 4. The videos show riders using an app with the bike, but there is no app available, and the controls differ from those shown. Overall, it's unfortunate that the experience has been so negative.
I've encountered problems with several electronic bicycles, not with the bikes themselves but rather with the customer service from various providers. However, this company stands out as exceptional. After I bought my bicycle, I faced an issue, and they promptly recognized the defect and replaced the necessary parts. Four months later, when another problem arose, they immediately assured me it would be resolved. Their team is fantastic, and the bicycles are outstanding. I've purchased two for myself, and three of my colleagues have also bought one; we all love them!
