I've had my Freesky Alaska for over a year and I must say, "I LOVE IT!" Freesky has the best customer service, hands down. They are very responsive and care about how you enjoy your Eboke. Horlan is the rep I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Very attentive as he helped this newbie work out some minor issues. You dont have to worry about being left hanging out to dry after purchasing your bike from Freesky. Horlan is all over it and because of his help, ive been able to put more fun miles on my bike.
