I placed an order for over £100 worth of photos with next day delivery, aiming to create family photo albums for Christmas. I ordered on Tuesday evening, paying extra for next day delivery, expecting them by Thursday at the latest. It's now Friday, and I have received no tracking information or responses to my inquiries to the customer service team about the delivery. I'm leaving for Christmas tomorrow, leaving me without gifts for my family. The customer service has been terrible, and they have failed to keep their promise of next day delivery – I cannot recommend them. Extremely disappointing.
