Ordered photos from Freesnaps. Paid £5.99 for next day delivery. Didn’t arrive the next day even although I ordered hours before their next day cut off time. I emailed for an explanation only to get a reply stating £5.99 was 1-2 day delivery which is not advertised. My receipts clearly state NEXT DAY DELIVERY. When I went to school next day was the following day not possibly 2 days 😤
I placed an order for over £100 worth of photos with next day delivery, aiming to create family photo albums for Christmas. I ordered on Tuesday evening, paying extra for next day delivery, expecting them by Thursday at the latest. It's now Friday, and I have received no tracking information or responses to my inquiries to the customer service team about the delivery. I'm leaving for Christmas tomorrow, leaving me without gifts for my family. The customer service has been terrible, and they have failed to keep their promise of next day delivery – I cannot recommend them. Extremely disappointing.

I ordered from this service specifically because of their advertised Next Day delivery. I paid £9.99 for guaranteed delivery by 1 PM, and while I received a notification saying it was shipped, there was no tracking information and, shockingly, no photos by 1 PM. I've tried emailing but received no response. I've seen a generic reply to complaints like mine stating, 'Sorry, we're experiencing some delays with couriers this December.' My advice is to remove the Next Day option since you clearly cannot fulfill it. The prints were part of a charitable initiative for my local primary school, and now we must use some of the donations to cover reprints from elsewhere.
