I paid for next day delivery, but my order hasn't even been shipped yet, despite having taken my payment. I emailed with my order number but haven't received any response. I regret using this service, and if I don't get a refund, I will report them for misleading advertising, as they are clearly promoting and charging for next day delivery but failing to deliver (just look at the reviews). The delivery service cannot be blamed since the items haven't even been dispatched.
