This service is completely unacceptable. I ordered photos over a week ago and paid extra for next-day delivery, but they still haven't arrived. To make matters worse, the company is ignoring my emails and messages. There has been no explanation, no updates, and no effort to resolve the issue. This order was urgent and significant, and the lack of communication is appalling. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them to anyone. I feel misled and extremely frustrated.
