UPDATE: 19/12/25 - This is the only place I've managed to get an update. I have received no responses to my emails! Part of my order was delivered under the customer reference: 105910, but I don't know where the other part is, and I need to gift it tomorrow (20/12/25). I cannot track it, so I have no idea if it has been delivered to a parcel shop or if it hasn't arrived. This is ridiculous! EDIT: In response to the reply from the service: I can't get an order number because I didn't receive a confirmation email, and the order doesn't show up in my account. However, the payment has been taken. I emailed today and haven't received a response. I placed an order but didn't get a confirmation email or reference. The funds were taken from my account. There's no direct contact; you must email and receive no acknowledgment of whether your email is being looked into. This is frustrating, especially with Christmas approaching. I paid for 2-3 day shipping and need to gift this week!
