I was sceptical about ordering but im really pleased i did! I have found that I can drink more water, much more easily after starting to take the electrolytes on a daily basis, which was a struggle for me previously. I feel more hydrated and they help my energy levels too. The taste of the citrus salt took me a little to get used to, but I really enjoy the taste now. I really rate the product, the delivery was super quick and definitely value for money. I dont rate products often, but this one really deserves 5 stars.
