As I just seen a previous review with someone not getting his order in 24 h after being promised and in my case very early in the morning i requested an exchange of product in the warehouse and i was denied as they “work from 5am in the morning” and somehow it was imposibile to be adjusted. Crazy how they didn t worked at all in 24h for someone else s order:)))) disappointing. The peach taste is terrible, the quality of the product questionable but i can t say for sure. I can say i didn t felt any change but i haven t been as consistent as prescribed.

I love free soul products... im on a glp journey, and love my ice frappe every morning, with water and ice...97 cal and 19g of protein. Then I have the protein mix too, the greens and i have had the electrolytes.
I have a subscription with saves pennies every month!! Cant start my day any other way!

The coffee tastes nice. But they sent a "free gift" of a pack of vitamins containing animal products which is against my ethics. They did apologise with a nice email but said this could happen again to new customers because their system for sending free gifts is "randomised" and they can't change it. For ethical reasons I have cancelled my subscription.
Love the collagen glow, tastes good and easy to mix , nice packaging. The protein mixed well but very thin and watery even when I tried to use more. Tasted ok though, I had chocolate.
These electrolytes are wonderful, and I consume one daily to maintain hydration for my chronic illness. I've been a loyal customer for quite some time and will certainly continue to purchase. A big thank you to the support team who promptly assisted me with my subscription concerns and were incredibly friendly. :)
Outstanding Experience! I have been using these products for a few months and absolutely LOVE them! The team behind the products is just as fantastic! When I reached out to the support team to modify one of my subscriptions, I was already impressed that the automated reply stated I'd receive a response within 1 business day, unlike the typical 3-5 days from other providers. However, I received an almost immediate reply, and my request was resolved right away! Thank you so much for your assistance! Highly, highly recommend!
I ordered the vanilla flavor after extensive research to find the best protein shakes. Unfortunately, it is excessively sweet and has a powdery, almost grainy texture. I've tried mixing it with both water and oat milk, but it still tastes awful. I'll finish it since I purchased it, but I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
I reached out to customer services urgently about their product and serious cross-contamination issues due to a severe allergy reaction that needed immediate attention. Unfortunately, I have not received any response or acknowledgment. It seems their product or the recent batch is contaminated and should be removed from the shelves, as it poses a risk to other allergy sufferers. It's incredibly disappointing that there has been no communication, which leads me to believe they are aware of the problem but are choosing to ignore it, avoiding escalation and refunds.
I've been enjoying the greens every morning since February '25 and have noticed a significant improvement in my overall well-being. They taste delicious and are incredibly simple to prepare. The customer service from the company is exceptional, always quick to respond and resolve any issues.
