I’ve been buying Free Soul products for years and have never had to deal with customer service before. Unfortunately, this first experience has really put me off continuing as a customer.I requested cancellation due to disability-related reasons, explaining that being disturbed early could trigger significant health deterioration, and this was ignored. Despite rescheduling delivery myself to give them extra time to act, no effort was made to escalate or prevent delivery. My final email wasn’t even acknowledged.As a result, the parcel was delivered earlier than expected, woke me unexpectedly and caused a health crash, exactly what I had warned would happen.What disappoints me most is not just the lack of support, but the lack of understanding or willingness to engage with a very simple accommodation request. As a long-term loyal customer, I expected far better care and professionalism. Sadly, this experience has damaged my trust in the brand.
