I followed a link on instagram for some new supplements and wanted to add them to my subscription. For some reason, it attached to my other email and so I had to cancel the subscription so that I can log on to my actual account and add it on there.I emailed CS straight away and Georgie came back to me at 7pm in the evening and followed up at 8am the following morning. This shows above and beyond customer service. Georgie completed my request quickly and in her own time.Thank you for that.Side note - the protein powder was something I had previously said was gross - which it is, for me, in porridge. However, since changing up my nutrition and eating ALOT of greek yoghurt, I can confirm the taste is way better with yoghurt and thankfully, I can still use it.So if you're like me and the taste in porridge is gross, try it with yoghurt before sacking it off!
