Currently taking the magnesium (renamed sleepytime tablets) and a good quality product. Have been taking magnesium for a while now and switched to this brand a few months back mainly due to ingredients and being vegan friendly. Works that well the husband is also having them and he aptly named them sleepytime tablets. I have then to help with sleep, digestion and to help reduce migranes, with the added bonus of turmeric (and correct ingredients to help absorb)If I have an issue or query regarding an order the team are quick to respond and are super friendly!
