I had an issue with a purchase from Free Soul so sent a email to their customer service. I got a response almost immediately that they were looking into my issue. They sorted the whole issue within less than 12 hours. It was so easy and hassle free. Can honestly say I have never had such excellent prompt customer service from any other company.
