The electrolytes are a nice taste (I have the lemon ones) and they work super well. I’ve used them travelling, when out in the heat all day doing a lot of exercise, and I don’t feel tired or headachey by the end of the day as I would without them. I found it hard to find electrolytes that didn’t have artificial flavourings/colourings so these are worth the extra money. It does contain sweetener which I also try to avoid, but it’s a more natural one so it’s worth the compromise. Also excited to try the new flavours that just came out
