I've been using CreaGlow for a couple of weeks - good product, nice taste and I do think it's reduced my fatigue. But I have a few niggles - it does seem to upset my stomach a bit, and if you're selling a product which has a specific recommended daily amount, then you need to provide a scoop measure. It says you need to dissolve 12g, but then says this is 2 level teaspoons, which it absolutely is not! If you're saying each 12g gives you 3.4g of creatine, but then just relying on people estimating the measure, then they're probably not getting the recommended amount. I've been weighing out 12g and I suspect I might run out before the 30 days it's supposed to last.And even though it's convenient to have creatine, collagen, electrolytes+ in one product, after doing a bit more research, I suspect I'd be better off taking them separately and making sure I get the right amounts. Otherwise it's probably a waste of money
