I made my first order of free soul product on the Monday but was disappointed that having paid delivery I still didn’t have the order by the Saturday which I expected 1-2days after ordering. I messaged but being the weekend I did not get a response until the Monday. However they were fast to respond and sent out a replacement order which I received today (over a week after ordering) It would have been a nice gesture to not only send a replacement order but to refund the delivery or a discount from future order. I haven’t yet tasted this so can’t comment on the product, hope it’s worth the wait and to help me to decide if I should recorder or not.
