I placed my first order 6 days ago and no shipping in sight, sent an email, they asked me to confirm my full shipping address, then they disappeared with no response. I get that processing orders takes time, but this long? And when issues reported, customer care can't sort this out swiftly?Disappointed and probably will cancel the subscription after this.
