Awful company! I tried to cancel my subscription last month and after endless back and forth emails offering discounts if I stay, I explained my reasons to leave and assumed that would be the end of it. How wrong I was! This month the product arrived again and once again, endless emails asking me to stay. Eventually they have cancelled my subscription but refuse to refund me the postage on the item they sent in error, and the postage I have paid to return the item I had already cancelled. So this month I have had to pay £5.99 for no reason. They will not refund their mistake, money grabbing and greedy company.
