I bought the chocolate protein powder on subscription. The taste is somewhat like synthetic, sweet dust. Not a hint of anything resembling chocolate. Honestly disgusting. As soon as I tried it, I cancelled my subscription. A month later I had an email saying they were about to send me more. I immediately contacted customer service. Although they could see I had tried to cancel the subscription it hadn’t fully processed on the website. I think this is related to it not supporting Safari well. They would not cancel the order but said I could return it after receipt at my expense. I gave it to a colleague at work to try, who said the taste was so vile that she binned it after one try. The rest of the first box I bought is sitting in a jar in my kitchen. I tried it in my teen daughter with extra chocolate (she loves sweet and is not averse to ultra processed food). She said it was like drinking chickpea flour in sweetened milk.By the way - there’s as much protein per gram in this as there is in a delicious nut butter. Put a table spoon of that it your milkshake or eat it with fruit. Healthy, natural and delicious. --Adding an edit to my review in response to Free Soul's reply below. The issue with the cancellation not processing was raised with your customer support team at the time. You offer an apology in a public forum here this is in contrast to the response I received from customer services at the time. Despite the inconvenience to me, they were not even willing to offer a free returns label.
