Firstly I will never understand why a company that's sells to the consumer market believes that they can achieve great service without a telephone service and providing someone who is alive to speak to. Secondly.. I can't access tracking without downloading the shop app. I don't want to download another app to see where the product I have already purchased is. Lastly I'm being asked to give a review before I have received my product or even accessed tracking. Also when I do email I am informed one email is enough and a second one will only push the first email to the back of the que? How about, you don't send me emails then like requesting reviews. I will now unsubscribe.Wow what a terrible shocking customer service setup. Can't afford to provide a good service or don't care and don't want to receive feedback and would rather put you off emailing them .
