Absolutely loving everything so far. Been using the coffee and magnesium/turmeric for about a month and feeling amazing changes already in my energy and focus. Have started the greens/shakes/collagen and perimenopause supplements today too, so will be sharing my journey with those, but just loving it all and have the electrolytes for my hiking too.
