I reached out to customer services urgently about their product and serious cross-contamination issues due to a severe allergy reaction that needed immediate attention. Unfortunately, I have not received any response or acknowledgment. It seems their product or the recent batch is contaminated and should be removed from the shelves, as it poses a risk to other allergy sufferers. It's incredibly disappointing that there has been no communication, which leads me to believe they are aware of the problem but are choosing to ignore it, avoiding escalation and refunds.
