Why state that YOUR verification process takes 2-3 business days when it clearly does NOT? It's been over a week (not including weekends 🙄) since I submitted my documents to be KYC verified and y'all have them in "IN PROCESS LIMBO". Customer service is a joke...they're no help whatsoever. They reply saying the same BS assuring me they've "forwarded my case to the relevant department for review" and from the reviews I've seen I'm not getting approved anytime soon 🥱 I can only imagine how long imma be waiting once I try to redeem the $100 I won. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND PLAYING HERE
