I filed my taxes on March 9th and paid for additional support. However, their version of extra support was simply to direct me to a phone number I already have. What does support mean to them? One of my tax refunds, which I paid extra for them to double-check, has now been reduced by 91% by the IRS. The only response I received was the same phone number I already had. Paying for extra support is a waste. Avoid paying for anything additional; it's not worth it.
