I filed both Federal and State taxes. The price and accuracy are commendable; I compared my figures with another service and found them to be consistent. However, I can only give it 3 stars because it doesn't support a specific form, which is cumbersome to fill out manually. This form is crucial for individuals with uneven income throughout the year. Not being able to e-file it with my state taxes means I face penalties until I manually fill it out and upload it. I raised this issue with their customer support, and I'm disappointed that it remains unresolved as the new tax season approaches. I would consider giving higher ratings if this issue were addressed.
