They suggest efile much faster! The final pages want you to agree to they can take "fees from your refunds if any" No where did i see how & when what fees.
Tried to go back to those pages but couldnt. Logged me out back button.

To top it off my credit Union didn't get 1099 to me until Feb 7th. After my federal & state had been approved. Had to do an amendment ASAP!
