Ive used this site to do my taxes for years now,this year i opted for pro support to ask a few questions about the new OT tax rules.
Do not waste your money. They provided blatantly incorrect tax information and cited the irs website as the source saying OT rule didnt take affect and there was mo way for me to file or anywhere for that information to be broken out. I asked why the irs website has the same calculation break down as their site and why it was forcing me to enter info into a box. Next message was a supervisor telling me the OT rule was valid and it does have to be filed. Then 2 days or run around asking the same 3 questions and getting a new person every single response just giving the same link to the break down. I had it reviewed before submitting twice during the chat session. Once clarification had been provided on the figure i asked for it to be reviewed once more. Someone DIFFERENT responded and told me they only check them at step 2 of finalizing. No one can even scroll up and look at the chat history. They know NOTHING, and its mot worth the $80+ for 'pro' support. I don't think these people are even certified
