I placed an order a month ago with a promise of delivery in 1-5 days. Clearly, neither I nor many others have received anything. I asked for a refund, and more than a week later, I got a generic reply offering a shipping update and stating they would process my refund if I still wanted it. I replied, reminding them I had requested a refund initially. A week later, I got another message asking if I was sure about missing out on the experience. Despite requesting a refund multiple times, they continue to hold onto my money. I recommend avoiding this company.
