Take the advice of others and look elsewhere. This brand offers a mediocre level of softness yet charges a high-end price. I made a purchase during a big sale in early December, spending around $300, but faced the same issues others reported: my order arrived much later than promised with no updates. Despite their claims of quick customer service responses, I have sent four emails regarding receiving the wrong color, and there has been no reply. I ended up with mismatched items and overpaid for subpar quality; the pants are extremely short, making them unsuitable for anyone of medium to tall stature regardless of waist size, and reaching out to them is nearly impossible, even when the fault lies with them. I would have been better off buying a $10 set from a discount store. Proceed with caution.
I placed an order in early October 2025, expecting it to arrive by late October 2025. After numerous emails seeking updates, the shipment was finally sent in mid-November 2025. I anticipated delivery by Christmas 2025, but due to missing import documentation, the shipment got stuck in customs starting December 2025. After more emails, I was assured that the necessary documents would be provided to customs for clearance. On January 14th, I received an email stating that customs had received the required information and the shipment was on its way. To my dismay, customs returned the shipment to the original country due to a lack of documentation from the seller. I strongly advise against ordering from this site; this was my first and last experience with them.

Communication is lacking! When I ordered, it was advertised as a BOGO deal with shipping in 4 days. Their phone line only has a recording saying they aren't taking calls. The only response I received was an acknowledgment of my order. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my grandson, ordered in November, and it finally arrived on December 26th, but only one item was sent instead of the BOGO. I've sent four emails with no response. With shipping, I spent $240, while similar items are available elsewhere for $40.
This is a scam! I ordered a hoodie in early December, promised delivery before Christmas. After multiple emails to get tracking or to cancel, I received an email from the founder explaining their issues with supply chains, admitting to 'communication' problems. Yet, they still took my order and my money, assuring me it would arrive on time. On December 22nd, they suggested I buy it elsewhere instead. I reported this as fraud because that’s exactly what it is. Do not order from this company!
I sent several emails asking when I would receive my item, then requested to cancel my order as it was too late for the holidays. They claimed they would cancel, but the item shipped after the holidays anyway. This company is awful! BEWARE, DO NOT PURCHASE!
I ordered on November 5 and have yet to receive any updates or tracking information. Each time I contact them, they say they are a small team that carefully prepares each order and will ship within 72 hours. This morning, I finally received a tracking number from overseas. I'm realizing now that my order isn't being processed locally as I initially thought.
